Minimum Recover

I have a GT5.    For some unknown reason, my Windows 10 password is no longer working.       I need to somehow change my password, give it a new password, or reinstall a minimum Win10 without losing files and apps.       A USB stick containing Win10 came with the unit.     Can I use this for a minimum Win 10 reinstall?      Or perhaps is there a way to give it a new password via Command Prompt?    Thoughts of others?

You can change your user password through PE system or reinstall the system to solve this problem.
