Hi, my GS1 is completely dead, does not show anything on screen but the light on the board flashes when plugged in so I know there is power. I tried to used the USB burn tool to flash the firmware but it doesn't show as a device in the Phoenix USB software when I follow the instructions. Any idea what to do?

Hi, it was working fine but then one day it just did not turn on at all and seems to be dead.

I also tried to flash firmware using SD card method, but it just shows a black screen and the light on the box flashes continuously.
Holding the reset button while powering up also does not do anything.

Under what circumstances did you have this problem? Did the problem suddenly appear during use, or the problem only after the operation?

Hello, if you do not detect the device in the software, it is most likely because the driver of the burning tool is not installed, you can try to change the USB port and start burning again
