crashing

I am using Beelink king pro with Tivimate . When I go to most program list it works good. However on some such as Network News it crashes. This takes place on three different ones. I have done a reset, uninstalled Tivimate and reinstalled. I have tried both regular and premium Tivimate. I have another android box and it does not do this. I just updated my firmware to 912.po same thing happens. Anyone ?
