J34 - Reboot not performed

After the first installation and after the windows update check I performed a reboot.
It is noted that the reboot is not completed. The device shuts down the system but does not perform the next reload.

- There are no windows updates to run
- Performed viewing of boot devise on bios

I hope for support otherwise I have to replace the device
