bluetooth issues

I have a beelink GTR and teh bluetooth keeos cutting in and out. I mentioned this in another thread for the gtr pro. So seems i am not the only one with this problem

Is there a fix for the bluetooth?

These problems occured using bluetooth head phones
the sound infrequently cuts in/out when I sit IN FRONT of the computer even if i just turn my head.

There is nothing wrong with the headphones as i use them on another device with no problems.

There is another thread under the gtr pro section that also talks about a range of issues with bluetooth

have you made any progress on this issue, your administration seems to take a very long time to reply even with a comment about working on the problem. Can you at least update me as to what you are doing about this bluetooth issue. It seems from the forum many others are having bluetooth issues as well

This issue I raised in DEC 2020 and still no sort of answer from support. I would have expected better support considering the price of your devices.

When did you buy the machine
Did you buy it with ssd?
Please try if you remove the ssd, Is the Bluetooth problem improved?

i bought it back in sept 2020 with an ssd and windows installed.

If i remove the ssd i have no system and hence cant test bluetooth. You must be kidding me

Sorry I didn't explain clearly
Do you additionally install SSD or HDD? If yes, try to remove them. Can the Bluetooth problem be solved?

as i stated in a previous message the SSD and HDD were pre installed in the system. when i got the system it already had teh SSD and HDD installed. I have now said it two different ways. I hope you now understand

We know what you mean, but we hope you can test if the Bluetooth signal is normal after removing your HDD

We need to check whether it is the cause of the signal source interference
And can you provide us with a photo of your hard drive cable? We need to check it
