Device doesn't turn on - Only Red eyes ON

Hello, Ihave a problem with my GT-King that I bought some months ago.

When I try to turn it on (plug it in ACpower), the LED lights up only in RED Mode Eyes without going to Green Mode, andwithout transmitting anything to the TV. Is like not booting atall.

There is no sound and no video and sothere is no way to communicate with the box.

I have test different AC/DC adapters and HDMI cables without success.

Any ideasabout this?

How did this happened?
Just like that or after something you did?

One day it stopped and stayed at this situation (RED eyes on).
Maybe the M/B was burned. I am not sure that's why I call for replacement.
If you have any other idea – solution about it, I would be grateful!

First of all check and test your power adapter....
And then ....
Look for your serial number to identify the version of your tv box....
Download the proper firmware...
Look for instruction to install the usb burning tool especially if you have windows 10...
For windows 10 you must first dissable the driver signature enforcement....

Have you tried to burn the firmware? Please tell me your SN code, it is at the bottom of your machine

When did you buy the machine
