X55 only 4gb RAM

Recieved my X55 from Amazon very quickly. Plugged it in all working well, then i did some system checks.
My X55 only has 4 GB of ram installed. Is there any one else with this problem?
I am waiting for Beelink support to respond to me.

Amazon Australia. All the paperwork and the box state 8gb of ram. I wonder how many there are like this one that have not been checked?

You can contact the seller and let him replace it for you

Well it all depends on who is the seller at amazon, As Beelink cannot control all the countries seller, Maybe that is the reason they asked you to return it or you can ask for a replacement too.

I have sent back to Amazon.
Amazon would be non the wiser though, the box and all the literature say 8gb of ram.
I don't believe there is a 4gb version. So how many 4gb versions are in the market that the owners do not not realise they only have 4gb of ram?
