video too dark

hello the video at my beelink is very dark when i see video.
i installed the latest firmawrae 106 but still the problems remain...
any solution?

This is a known issue.  Hopefully it will be fixed via a firmware release.

I just upgraded my AV receiver to 4k version, when connect the GT1 to my AV receiver and then connect my AC receiver to 4K TV, wow, the color is amazing, I think my Yamaha receiver did some trick.

This is a really severe issue! Since I bought my GT1 3 weeks ago, I have not used because videos are too dark (some much detail is lost in night scenes). I don't have a 4K TV so I can't use the work around (which is actually not a long term solution).

Now I'm considering to send the box back to the seller as I am not able to use it at all, so please Beelink, fix this issue (too dark video) in the next firmware update.

Where you bought? I'm also starting to wonder about the return box. The worst is the lack of information on a regular basis which work is whether it will be the final solution. The guys from Beelink, write us at what stage are you? Do you have information about new controllers with AMlogic? What's next from Kodi? Apparently Kodi 17 will not fully support S912.

You just need to play 4k file. No need 4k tv

Thanks, I will try that, but in any case I don't want to have to play a damn video everytime before being to be able to play I video I chose, that's why Beelink need to be reactive and fix this issue ;)

you only have to p[lay 4k video once you got box on.
I'm sure Beelink are trying to fix the problem.
So just chill out until then.
