[CoreELEC] Infrared support not works?

I have tried without success to use the built-in infrared port,

in order to use an IR remote control with extensive customization buttons

If someone was able to use the IR explain how

At least with CoreELEC users shoud be able use the IR

it would be very useful to me, and i think a lot of other people

Thanks for your suggestion, we are already communicating this issue with coreelce developers, this project is under planning
