[Req][Android] Bluetooth audio cast is missing (like AD2P)

For android side, would be very useful feature ifyou can enable the bluetooth audio cast option (like AD2P)

currently is missing (at least on my 915P0_wol build)

will allow users to play audio from e.g. smartphones

this feature is available on almost all chipsets so should already have the support
