GTking YouTube fullscreen problem

youtube videos playing full screen now show the top bar with notifications.
请问是不是bug 可以隐藏？顶部栏显示通知影响观看。

Sorry，since youtube does not add a thorough full screen setting, the top notification cannot be hidden
