Hello Dear,

How are you booting CoreElec and Ubuntu from ?

The image shows that your trying to boot into upgrade mode. I am not sure where you got the Ubuntu image as official Ubuntu image might not work as every ARM SBC have different boot settings required.

For the CoreElec image, I assume you have the CoreElec Sd card which comes inside the box along with the device. To boot into it you can boot into android and Press and hold Power button until as dialog box appear which will show Reboot to CoreElec. Make sure your sd card is inserted before you press power button.

Other way to boot into CoreElec is to install app from google play store call Restart to LibreElec and then open this app and press OK.

This will boot into CoreElec with sd card inserted.

If you're downloading CoreElec image from Official CoreElec site then you will have to manually set the dtb file in the boot partition of the sd card.

Try the above methods and report back.

I read some users comments that their SD card did not boot.
You need to replace dtb file, after that probably it will work.

If not download latest coreelec image and write it with balenaetcher to a usb or sd card.
copy Device Tree file from dtb folder to root of coreelec partition and rename it as dtb.img
thats it,

As I remember before 1st boot you need to push and hold pinhole (under device) and then push power button to activate the USB/SD card boot. But Im not sure maybe beelink changed it.

And another suggestion is to use a USB stick it performs better for me.
