My subscription plan of Netflix has HD, but I cant watch Netflix in HD, Why?

What I have to do?
I remember before with this same box I used to watch some shows in HD.

But now something changed and NONE is in HD.

Which software are you using to watch netflix?
We have received reports for many users that they're facing the same issue and it is with all the other tv boxes not just Beelink.

If you're using CoreElec or Kodi then there is some changes made by Netflix which will be resolved from Netflix side.

I hope it will be resolved soon.
