Speed and formats

Hi

some questions

• Is this device fast in accepting commands from the remote and general working?
• Whats the real speed of the lan? mede8er is also GB lan but the speed is about 200MB
• I can't find the supporting formats. What are them?
  

I realy need

·        avi

·        flv

·        m4v

·        mkv

·        mpg

·        wmv

·        dvd-iso

·        dvd folder

·        Blu -ray-iso

·        Blu -rayfolder

if Blu -ray is supported. Does it support completely including JavaScript menus.

I have already multiple devices and many of them do not support flv and none of them support JavaScript Blu-ray.

At present, our GSkingx can be upgraded to 915P0 firmware. Have you tried it?
Could you tell me what your specific problem is? Need us to test flv (flashvideo), dvd, dvd-folder, bd, db-folder?

And It was my idea this was a simple question

1) If you mean remote control, the remote control is very fast

2) with my test i reach these with: 2mt cable device > router > 2mt cable pc
for 50mb file:
180 mbit/s SMB download
984 mbit/s TCP download

i do not know because samba is so slow is needed to do more test

3) i have not test all, only a mkv,
with the default internal player i can play a MKV with 4K, HDR, DTS 5.1

the only bad thing is that the internal player does not switch the screen hz, then the videos played are not fluid
so, if you playback a 24fps video the display still to 60hz instead switch to 24hz.

and also kodi can not switch display hz, currently the device not allow screen switch
i hope in a next firmware improvement

Plays  without problems that will help a lot.
The bd options including javascript menu's. like in arrow Seizoen 1

With Kodi - free media player.
Kodi can play bluray iso files as standard.

iso and folder/files are different types

This is a tvbox not a media player, you are asking wrong question.

A tv box with proper software can play every video codec.
Kodi, MXplayer, VLC can play all media codecs.

S922 has Hardware Acceleration for most codecs.
If Hardware Acceleration fail for a specific codec then CPU is strong enough to play the media with Software Decoder.
I don't have a GS King but CPU+GPU+DTB is pretty similar with my GT King Pro.
Amlogic S922  is a real beast believe me.
