Beelink GT1 - 703N0 - Wifi problem

Hi , ive recently changed internet provider and now my GT1 box wont stay connected to the wifi.
Signal is strong but just keeps connecting and disconnecting.

Do i need a firmware update and if so can you send me link please?

Build - 703N0
Android version - 7.1.2

Can I search for WIFI signals? Can't WIFI link? Or can it be linked but not available? Hope you can provide detailed information so that we can solve your problem as soon as possible

Hi,

Yes it links to the wifi then will disconnect. So it connects and disconnects every 10 seconds. It works with ethernet cable but the wifi wont work.

As you said that you had a working connection before changing the internet provider. So assuming the new internet provider must have given you a new Router and new wifi SSID and password. I suspect that you need to change something in the router setting.

Trying changing the Channel to Auto mode or switch manually, Also check if wifi is in 2.5ghz or 5ghz mode.
Most likely it is the negotiation between the devices which is failing.
