Gemini X45 keeps crashing

Hi, perhaps someone can help me.
I've got an Beelink X45, very happy with it, but i'm experiencing it keeps crashing after a few hours.
Sometimes i get a blue screen (see attached).

I've reinstalled windows 2 times now, but it keeps crashing. Does anyone know if this can be fixed or this would be a faulty device?

Please reinstall the system in the link or download the system on Microsoft's official website, and then install the driver.

Hi, that unfortunately did not help :(It keeps crashing after a few hours.
The CPU temp is around 51 degrees celcius, GPU 54C, mainboard 45C

If you install the 1809 system version in the link, you can check whether the BIOS version is the X45 BIOS. If the BIOS version is correct, please contact the seller for a refund

Hi i tried a fresh windows, provided drivers and even a new HQ 12V 3A power supply.
I also changed the minimum power settings of the CPU to remain at 100% (thought this would help). ... at first after this it looked only to crash after 2 to 3 day's ... but now it crashes after only 2 to 3 hours :s.

I for some reason can't login to the bios ... (pressing ecsape or Delete). ... i must there be doing something wrong.
Also it sometimes get stuck booting at the very beginning (see picture).

I bought the deveice at geek buying on 22-11-2019 ... would it be possible to send for repair or something? (i first didn't use it before moving, only to install in my new house ... it never really worked).

Would you have an advice?
(ps, it's the X45 with 8gb and 512gb)
