Issues with Xbox One S Wireless Controller

Hello, I just purchased this tv-box and have an issue with xbox one s wireless controllers. After some short period of play (about 5-15 minutes) , with TWO controllers, they start to have input lag (buttons stop working randomly, joysticks stuck in one direction for some time etc). It become impossible to play. This also happen when I connect only 1 controller (tested so far on Shadowgun Legends (1 controller) and Sky Force Anniversary (TV version with gamepad suppoer, played with 2 controllers).

Is there anything that can help me with this issue?

Simply buy new one!

Hello，how did you connect? Bluetooth or 2.4G?

Hello, I was using bluetooth, as far as I know it is the only way for xbox one controllers and android. They have a usb dongle (need to purchase separately, but it seems it only for windows..) . I updated firmware for both controllers using xbox accessories official app at windows 10.
