Hello,

I have read the different posts but I don't know where to start.
I want to update my beelink gt1 stantard currently with android 6.0.1 and build GT1_110M0.
How can I update, with what update?
Do I risk losing the installed applications?

Hey!

I was in the same boat - same model too. 7.1.2 is okay, I needed to update because a couple of apps I use no longer supported 6.0.1. If it wasn't for that, I'd probably still be on 6! I find 7.1.2 laggy and a bit unstable - a couple of apps have crashed on me

Updating is easy but I recommend a USB update; do it off a PC. I got a Ugreen cable off of Aliexpress and follow a Youtube guide - 20 minutes. You will lose your current setup though.

Let me know if you have any other Q's?

Hello, please refer to the firmware and burning guide in the link for burning
http://www.bee-link.com/forum.ph ... amp;extra=#pid54856

If burning via USB, all apps and settings will be lost, but upgrading from Android 6 to Android 7 can only be done via USB burning
