We tried to connect several Logitech WebCam with microphone (USB).
The Camera works and is recognised. However, the microphone does not work.
It is seen by the Android system but when we use it on GT-King Pro, the sound that is recorded is garbage.
It looks like there is some sound driver configuration issue.
We tried with:
- Logitech MeetUp Speakerphone
- Logitech C920 HD Pro
We also tested these web cam on Linux where they are working very well.
Is there any specific configuration that we must have to make the microphone work on GT-King Pro?
Because there is only one microphone in the voice remote control, you can only use the mouse instead of the remote control, and then use the microphone

I experience the very same issue with two different Logitech webcams. I have tried using a mouse instead of the remote control but it does not help.

I have exactly the same problem but with a Creative cam: trying to videoconferencing using Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp, the image works well, but the sound is only noise. The cam work perfectly at other devices (tablet, PC...).

Hello，we tested a Logitech camera that can use the microphone normally. Is your firmware the latest version 909P0? Does the noise contain a clear voice? Or just a messy sound
