Wireless Update Notification

Just got a notification on my GTKING of an update ...

Does anybody know what changes are in this, and also is it a safe update OR does it make things worse ??

UPDATE:   After making a full backup of my entire system ( using TBP Pro to external HD ) i decided to apply this update...
                So far i do not notice anything got worse , BUT i am very disappointed that it still did NOT correct the known
                problem(s) with external keyboards.
                Also found that it totally disabled ny addblocker as well and i had to set that all up again  .. WTH ??

                I will update with any other wierd stuff if and when it happens...


UPDATE2:  This is the first time i actually updated firmware on any of my boxes, so its been a learning experience...
                 I realize now that any "customizations" i made to keyboard mappings, volume level steps, etc etc are all replaced with
                 default values and i had to make all those changes all over again.  ASIDE from that, i did not find any improvements
                 to have been worth this update.
