Netflix error 0013

I've updated the firmware on my gt1 to version 104. Since then, Netflix often gives me ERROR 0013 and stops. I've read it's a common problem with rooted devices, but the only solution at the moment is to reboot the system. Any advice?

Impossible netflix run HD on GT1. Only certified device can run netflix HD

It runs well enough on my fullHD TV. I am not 100% sure it is HD, but as I said, it looked good enough on my TV. It is better than not to be able to run it at all.

I take it you've already tried all the solutions such as clearing data, then uninstalling and reinstalling the app.   If so some users on another brand box have had success installing the version linked in this Netflix help doc.

Yes, I've cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I also tried to search the file "liboemcrypto.so" in order to delete it (I've read this solution in other websites) but with no luck.

I only have this error after I try to correct dark screen with 4k video. O only have to restart the box and that's it. But I can't run a 4k video and watch netflix after that. It's very strange. But I want to thank Beelink for all the effort it puts in solving the problems. Congrats.

Same here. Error 0013 and the "liboemcrypto.so" file does not exist in the system. I searched using ES File Explorer, "show hidden files" and "root mode" activated.

I solved unplugging the power cable for one minute before restarting the box.
