GT1 mini-A remote control problem

hello,lm newbie in this forum,l have problem about my tv box remote control and l need to help this solve...

tv box remote control doesn't work, only the on / off button works, l tried,restart,unplug,and same as but nothing..do you have any idea how to solve it?

Do you plug the supplied USB signal receiver of the remote control into the USB 2.0 interface of the machine? Because the remote control is controlled by a 2.4G wireless signal, only the switch button is infrared, you need to plug the USB signal receiver into the USB 2.0 interface of the machine. If it still cannot be used, please try to press "OK" and the return key at the same time. Remote control and USB pairing.
