How to factory reset?

Hi,
I need to factory reset the box...I can't do it through settings...once I get to the point when the box asks me if I want to erase everything, I confirm and then nothing happens...I tried the hole on the bottom of the box, pressed the button in it while booting the box and again...nothing happened.

Can someone please help?

3 android show
4 erase error ^^

The problems is solve.
I remove my thumb drive and try again I don't know why but Lucky it's go to android recovery mode so I can wipe cache and data now ^^.

You've got options:

Option #1
1. Turn on Developer Options on the GT1 and enable USB Debugging
2. From your PC connect to the GT1 wireless via adb by running the following command: adb connect device_ip_address:5555
example: adb connect 192.168.1.5:5555
3. Run the adb command to reboot to recovery: adb reboot recovery

Option #2 (you may need a mouse or keyboard with trackpad like the Rii i8+)
1. Install an app like Simple Reboot: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=simple.reboot.com
2. Select Reboot To Recovery
This option will only work if you are on the rooted version of the GT1 firmware sine the app above needs root.

Once in recovery then select Wipe data/factory reset

Hello,

I need help.

I get into recovery mode by pressing reset button and hold, plug in power supply, until android logo pop up.

Once I enter into the recovery mode, how do I move between the different options using the remote control of the "Beelink GT1 Ultimate"?
I have tried almost all the keys and always execute the first option which is the one that is selected at the beginning.

I TOO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM BUT NO PERSON HAS SO FAR COME FORWARD WITH AN ANSWER TO THIS
ISSUE. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW EXCEPT THE PRODUCERS AND THEY ARENT COMING FORWARD TO RECTIFY AND ADMIT THERES A PROBLEM.
IVE JUST BOUGHT THIS UNIT AND IM DEMANDING A REFUND.

As mentioned above, the easiest way is to use wifi mouse or wifi keyboard...

I found that by connecting a usb cable mouse works also,
Now I have a different problem,
Everytime I wipe/reset then mount, the same problem
with the screen ...."please wait" appears. No OS
what or how can I retrieve or re-install.

You can try turn off the box completely, unplug it from the power source for at least 30 seconds, then plug it back in and reboot it. Then try the factory reset through settings again.
