is there any how to. I need to re install win 10 pro on my S2 n4100 128go.Where can I find all the files I need?

This version is not updated to 22H2, you could drop a link to the current 22H2.
eMMC has died, set the SSD, but nothing is put on him from Windows, except for your 1809, and does not update to a fresh version. Updates are downloaded, but it does not allow to install.
