I recently bought the device and it is working fine
except with HDD that i connected via SATA cable.

Model is: WD Blue 2TB - WD20SPZX
From support i have received that drive up to 2TB should be supported




but I can’t format it, it just shows that the drive is in RAW format




which is not correct base i formatted it successfully on PC.

Has someone managed to have this drive supported or any other 2TB drive?
Is there some BIOS fix taht could fix this issue?

I think that maybe a w10 problem rather than x55 - maybe check manufacturer site for diagnostic software
