I have a firestick and nvidia shield (should have purchased that in in the first place, instead of this POS) and the volume is fine. Neither of the other devices shutdown using Tivimate or ThunderBLu.
I believe you may be correct that Thunder is a a clone or copy of tivimate.
Regrdless, The GT King shutsdown at the same location everytime in the IPTV apps above, and randomly when using other apps including FS Explorer.
I have tried to send my log file to them and the email address they provide on FB bounces back. I have not heard a response from them in days. I finally messaged Beelink in FB again today and let them know I set up my own filelinked with an access code and link to make it easier for them to obtain and download.
I know I am not the only one with these issues and you would think Beelink would be proud and honour there products with support and warranty.
The only other problem I have ever had with poor product and tech support was from MyGicia and I am wondering if they are some how connected.
The GT King looks great and the specs seemed amazing also. Especially with the S922X Quad core...
I certainly hope Beelink can redeem themselves with at least honoring a fix update, replacement or refund. Waiting days for a response is truly unacceptable and no one should have to wait as long as I have to solve this issue.
If I don't get a response, I will be filing a formal complaint with Amazon, continue to warn others with ratings on Amazon, YouTube and anywhere else I can respond to a review.
I feel like I have been taken and ripped off.
Sad to think how Beelink represents there company on this Forum with little to no response. When they do, its simply a quick suggestion that doesn't solve the problem.
