Hi,

I have read about red eye's in some posts on the forum -  My BT-King works ok but when I turn it off the eyes turn red and glow that color untill I turn on the TV box and then go green as usual.  Could you please advise what is happening and why the eyses shine on red? I have the latest firmware.

Hi,

If the box is dormant, its eyes will turn red, which is normal.

Hi,

Just for your information for maybe a next firmware update.

I've been checking my GT-King for the last few days and I have spotted that there is a problem with turning off my box, because somtetimes it fully turn off but sometimes (more often than less often) it goes to dormant - I have to turn it on and turn off for a few times or go to the Power button settings, set up it as power off (even though it's already set as power off)  and then it turn off in normal way

This problem may be caused by the HDMI CEC function. Please try to turn off the HDMI CEC function and check if this problem still exists.

Hi, Thank you for your reply, but I have the HDMI CEC function off. I turned it off once I turn on my BT-King for the first time ;)
I think there is a problem with the latest software because there wasn't a problem with that until I updated my system with the latest firmware and I see that 'RSD' has the same problem too

You may have used the wrong firmware. If you want to solve this problem, please re-burn the 906P0 firmware.
