Clarifications J45 on first start-up procedure on a product with supported OS.

I'm about to order a beelink mod j45 (4 Gb RAM - 129 Gb SSD). Some of these products are sold with pre installed windos Home. In my case, in the product specifications we read: "OS: Supports Windows System"; what does it mean ???
Do I have to install the product drivers myself in the operating system by purchasing the license keys ???
Or there is a support that allows, at the first power on, to install it without having to resort to the license (according to the provision of the video, indicated in this link, for greater understanding) ????
