problem with gamepad

hello, i have buy 2 gamepad one is this https://pdp.com/en/pdp-wired-controller-048-082-na-wh01 and this https://www.acme.eu/gamepads/acme-digital-gamepad-ga09 who work fine with huawei phone and is compatible with android, but it dosent work with the beelink gt-king. Both of the gamepad dont start, even the light dont turn on. Do you have any solution?
