Are you referring to the remote control's microphone not working? Can other buttons be used normally? Is the USB dongle of the remote control correctly inserted into the machine?

YES, remote is working fine (all buttons OK). "only Microphone" not working

Microphone on "remote control not hearing what I say." All other buttons on remote are OK. This just happened after update on 10/19. Dongle is ok. Unplugged box, Still no microphone. Box says to say something but when I push button on remote it says try again. microphone was working fine until last update?.

All the buttons on the remote are working. When you push the microphone button it says to say something. It does not hear my voice when button is pressed. It had always worked. It was working fine before the update on 10/19.

Is the firmware you are currently using 906P0? We did not have this problem with the test. Can you provide some videos or pictures to me? We can better judge your problem

My device also does not work with the microphone after the last update. Remote standard and g-30, both do not work. Video sent to message
