Reset device to factory settings

Can anybody help me. I have a

Beelink Gemini N41 Intel Gemini Lake N4100 6GB

which I have been given from a previous owner.

How can I reset the device to factory settings without knowing the previous persons login? Is it possible?

Install new Windows manually then.
