App keeps freezing

When attempting to open most apps the device freezes for 1-2 minutes before automatically shutting down and re-starting. The home screen constantly freezes as well before also shutting down and re-starting.

How I can do it?

I purchased the GT KING from Amazon less than a month ago.

I am having a similar problem. It seems to happen more often when using the SOplayer APP.
If freezes and the sound studders then reboots. this issue is happening intermittently however more and more often.

OTA update is in the system settings... google search has many directions. There's also a link for manual update at the top of the forum.

I had the same problems, I think the problem is the air mouse. I'm using a different air mouse, I had no problems.

My problems were as follows: it was freezing and turning off and on again. Freezing was very common in games. It turned on and off again occasionally when I first turned on the TV box. I also use a cooling fan connected to a different device. I started using my old air mouse two days ago and have never experienced these problems.

Means that this problem only started to appear after you changed the mouse? Will the same problem occur if you do not use the air mouse?

I am experiencing the problems mentioned, when the used the GT King air mouse. When i using my other air mouse never experienced these problems. Also the GT King air mouse does not work properly on usb 2.0 port.
