gemini x does not turn on

Hi i have a gemini x that is dead. no light, no sound. I have opened it up and took the battery of and tried, tried different power adapter etc. it does nothing. any chance i could get a replacement board and i can install the drive and antennas and cooling unit myself? i can do that no problem.

Same issue here. Was using the Gemini X yesterday, and it just turned off. Now nothing. No power, at all. Tried the same basic troubleshooting as above. I'm thinking there is a common problem with this system here. I too emailed service, and no response. The machine lasted only 7m. I have a feeling we are out $300 here people. If i can get parts I would repair this system. Support please get back to us. Please read your emails at beelinkservice@bee-link.com. Please advise. :(

I never got any response from the after sales, just NO ANSWER. I'm starting to get slightly frustrated with the lack of customer service. Please just let me know if it's possible to repair myself one year old BEELING gemini x by replacing the board. it cant be hard to answer.

Same problem here.
During a movie watching just turned off, and now i cannot turn on, no light, no fan ventilation, no booting.
I opened the box and i observed the after the DC plug the F1 white colour component (i assume this is the fuse) is very hot.
My assumption is that some ore one of the component in the power supply (from 12v to 5V or 3.3 V) is failed.
I would be also very happy if i could get some support to repair, i would not like to throw out a good computer because of one small component is burn out.
