HDMI-CEC and GT-king power on

Hi, I have a Sony Bravia TV with Bravia Sync-HDMI (HDMI-CEC standard). When GT-King is power on there is no problem to control it from the Sony TV remote control but when GT-King is power-off it doesn't power on when TV power on and I select the GT-King HDMI input. GT-King firmware version is 904P0
Is it correct or there is some problems?
