GT1 mini - Not start

Hello,
I bought a GT1 mini and when I connect to the TV, it remains on the stage "Please and Wait". Even after several hours, nothing moves.
Can you help me ?

If this problem occurs during the first boot, you can try to update the latest firmware via USB. If the problem persists after the update, it is recommended to find the seller to replace it. The latest firmware can be found in the forum, but please find the correct one according to the SN code on the back of the machine. Firmware update.
