Problems with my GT-King

I have purchased the GT-King 2 weeks ago.

I been having problems with it:

1. The lan is not working, only when using Wi-Fi or connecting it throw USB dongle.

2. When I put the device to sleep , after some time the device is shutting down and then the remote is not responsive anymore I have to remove the device from power and put it back for the system to go up again.

Am I am the only one who having this problems? Someone have solutions?

It also happens to me with the lan that does not work well for me but the wifi works more or less well.

Me podría dar una Solución q tengo q hacer porque tengo ese Problema de reinicio del TV box beelink GT king lo compré por ser una máquina de fuerte Poder para no tener problemas con ninguna Aplicación
Será alguna actualización dígame ustedes señores de Beelink.....Esperare su Respuesta.....Gracias
