Hi.

Some apps turn my screen 90 degrees.

Considering that I can really not use the device if it turns the screen, I need to fix it or give it back to the place I bought from. Is there a solution for this?
I have checked and there are no new updates on my device.
My firmware says 20190606.

I have another 2 days to give back the device.
Please let me know if this is something that can be fixed or not.

Thanks.

What is the application? We can test, can this application be used normally on other devices?

One example is PureVPN, downloaded from Play Store.

This problem may be caused by the HDMI CEC function, please try to turn off the box or display HDMI CEC function
