My box has many problems playing videos; mostly videos at 4k and H265 1080p. So for example on Kodi, I have video playback stuttering if hardware accelaration is off. If I enable it, I get smoother playback but sometimes sound goes off and there's this bar at the bottom of the video that changes color. Same story on any other video player like VLC player, MX Player, Archos media player. I usually need to tweak many video/audio options, disabling hardware video decoding and enable only audio decoding through software, because with the default options most of the videos don't even play. I don't know if this is a firmware issue (the box is updated to the latest firmware) or the box is just broken, I have tried many options and tweaks but I haven't been able to have a decent video playback experience.

Can you upload video sample somewhere so I can download and try on my box in Kodi?

Is it all like playing all videos? Maybe you have broadcast the unsupported Dolby or DTS, ac3 formats, will you have this problem with your own MoviePlayer? Can you send us the original video for testing? We need more information to determine the cause of the problem.
