Tv box locked with weak LED

Hi everyone,

I don't know if it has already happened to others but after a few months of using the GT1 mini, the device does not work anymore. I tried the reset with the button on the bottom, I tried to turn it off and on again but it continues to be blocked, it does not give an HDMI output signal and only shows the power LED with very low light. Is there a way to fix or do a hard reset ??

Did you plug the power port into the AV port? In general, when the wrong port is inserted, the LED light is dim and there is no signal output.

The device had been connected correctly for a long time and works great, then at the next power-up it stopped. I can't say anything else and I can't explain it :'(

If it is suddenly unable to use under normal use, please contact after-sales service, repair or return.

I've tryed many times to fix the problem with USB_burning_tool. The PC recognize the device but it crash the operation at 7%.
Can anyone help me please??

Please plug in the power cord when burning, because it may be caused by insufficient USB voltage. Please plug in the USB cable first, and make sure to plug in the power cable when burning.

you probably use not the right f/w. It happened the same to me while using firmware non suitable for my serial number

I tried to feed the power cord both before and during burning, I tried to change PC and USB port, I tried with various firmware. The result is always the same, it stops at 7%. Any ideas or suggestions?
