Is the away to reset the box. I've download firmware GT1_709D0_20180702 GT1_710N1_sd_card
But I still don't get a picture. What do I do next ?

Download USB_Burning_Tool_v2.0.9 and GT1_710N1_usb_cable
When I didn't install the Burning Tool the GT1 did connect. So I've installed the Burning Tool and I can't connect.
If we can't fix over the net can I send it back to you for repair please.

I've got the GT1 Box to connect to the computer but now saying the drives are not right.Whichdrives aree the right ones for it as Windows 10 Pro is not getting them. The drives that come with the USB_Burning _Tool don't install. Is the right drives for this ?

Got one of the old computer out with windows 7 and xp on it installed Burning Tool on 7 and xp and still the same as windows 10
what do I do and where do I go from here ?
Wound the Admin use re-admin software to fix it for me please. if you could see my face :L:L:L.
As you can see I've give all the updates a go now what do I do now ? I still can get my GT Ultimate to come get on I've used the micro sd card and used the usb and USB_Burning_Tool is the a way to get it back on.
