I've also noticed dark scenes are unwatchable, also the deep color mode deactivates itself on restart.  Hopefully this is solved soon.  Don't know how long before I get fed up and get rid of my box.  I ordered a second one, hope I don't regret my purchase.  Otherwise the box works quite well, especially considering the price.  If I had paid the price I see on Amazon I wouldn't bee happy..lol

I noticed the dark scene problem too. Like one of the member suggested, playing a 4k video might be a temporary workaround. After playing a 4k video, the movie scene brightness is back to normal. @beelink, please solve this issue. FYI, I'm running Kodi 17 beta 3.

Yes this dark screen issue is really bad.  Even after 4K video the top row of numbers on the test picture, that was posted still aren't visible. Also I find that playing H265 720p video (Game of thrones episode) is very fuzzy compared with my other boxes. This is really noticable when when the end credits roll up. Also the WiFi is hopeless compared to the others. Hope these issues are going to get addressed in the next firmware Beelink.
