Hi,
I have this in windows 10 as it came and bluetooth worked fine out of the box. Now in devices section it says to switch on bluetooth device. so there is no button to switch it on an when i run the trouble shooter it says that device does not have bluetooth. so its not possible because i can still see two different speakers which i connected before. these two are dimmed out because bluetooth is no longer available. I did not find anything regarding how to enable bluetooth again and the button which should be in settings page is not there because it's not even detected anymore. in my device manager there is no bluetooth but in USB section there is one error on unknown usb device descriptor request failed. could this be issue of the bluetooth not working. ive attached picture. does anyone know how can i make my bluetooth work again. thanks.
