New Beelink GT1 - cant turn it on

Hi Guys,
Hope you can help here.
New device - Beelink GT1, worked only one time. after i turned it off (Sleep) i couldnt turn it on agian,
tried to take it on and off the electricity, changed batteries in the remote control etc
Nothing worked,
any idea what could be the problem?

did you put it to sleep with the remote that came with it or another air mouse?

Try this
disconnect power
Turn box over and put paper clip into hole in the base & feel for the reset button - you should feel it click as you press/release
Hold button down and re-insert the power connector.
It should come back on - if/when the logo appears you can release the button

Im also facing the problem i got the device 3 days back and since morning its not working, I tried the paper pin method still nothing happen :(
