Remote Control microphone

Hello,

I can not make voice search work.

I installed the offline language pack, the voice synthesis pack, searched the options, searched the internet. But that does not work.

When I press the microphone, the box listens, but hears nothing.

Is the remote control microphone defective ?

Please align with the voice collection hole of the remote control after pressing the voice button. If you still can't use it after trying many times, it may be that the remote control is faulty. Please contact the seller to return.

Yes, the microphone is integrated into the hole

Voice doesn't work for me either..I have tried a second remote where voice works on a GT1-A but it won't work on my GT King..the assistant bounces like it recognizes me speaking but doesn't do anything.

Just got my new GT-King. Microphone doesn't work. All apps permissions are given in Android. I click MIC button amd google assistant appears - trying any words - system said - try again. no sound recognition
