SU –C command error, Missing Notification Access setting, No access to Widgets

I just bought a GTKing device.  It arrived with firmware version galilei-userdebug 9 PPR1.180610.011 20190508 test-keys_20190508-0947, and the system language I use is Spanish (Spain).

I have detected several problems that make the device unusable for me:

-        App ServersUltimatePro, Sambar server, uses root access and executes the command ‘su –c’.  It returns an error and the service is no activated.  Tested in the command line with a Telnet service, and verified the error ‘su invalid uid/gid –c’.  This error makes the device unusable as a Samba Server.

-        App Macrodroid (Tasker-like) needs to be enabled for Notification Access (Applications, Special Access).  Since it is not accessible, the whole Macrodroid set of macros do not work, and makes the device unusable for Tasker-like control purposes.  On top of that, Notification Bar is not accesible either.

-        App Top TV Launcher 2 is unable to access Widgets.  Apps like AutomationManager (IoT management) need to activate at least a widget to initiate the managing server.  Unable to use the device for IoT management.

This is my 4th tv-box and all the previous ones (including a GT-1 Ultimate) have managed above functionality without problems.  Altogether the errors, force me to switch off the device and wait until you deliver a Firmware version that corrects all these problems.  I hope it will not take too long…

I have installed the latest firmware through OTA.  Unfortunately the above described problems remain unsolved.  I thought that contacting me directly your R&D staff would speed up the problem resolution, but far from that your R&D staff does not answer my emails.

Your tv-box is now an expensive paperweight

What am I supposed to do???

Espero que sean problemas debidos a un lanzamiento precipitado, pero que se pongan las pilas y los arreglen en breve. Soy optimista...

Una pregunta: a ti te deja "seleccionar y copiar" texto en los navegadores (Opera, Chrome...)?

I understand the problem is lack of software maturity, still those problems are far too critical as to be in a production version.

I have not checked yet the copy/paste problem you mention.  I'll do it later.

This box is useless unless Beelink man up and provide us a firmware that actually works. Stay away from this garbage of a box.

I guess they were in a hurry to be the very first company to launch this new processor in the market...

And we were in a hurry to bought it, not waiting the first real customers opinions and reviews...
