I'm asking about Beelink GTmini-A box.
1) Is this box Google certified?
2) Is this box rooted?
3) Is Google chromecast built-in this box?
4) Whether regular android OTA updates (security patch as well as firmware updates) are provided by the manufacturer of the box?
5) Is this box supports YouTube in 4K?
6) Is this box can play Netflix in 4K?

As per my understanding, Netflix will not play in 4K on rooted devices. You said that the box is rooted. Then how Netflix 4K possible?

I bought one of these and here is my overall feedback: Spend a bit more and buy something reliable and certified.
1) Is this box Google certified?  Does not look like it is
2) Is this box rooted?  No
3) Is Google chromecast built-in this box? Not working, taht's why it's probably not certiifed
4) Whether regular android OTA updates (security patch as well as firmware updates) are provided by the manufacturer of the box? No OTA upgrade and no regular security upgrade either
5) Is this box supports YouTube in 4K?  Look like it is
6) Is this box can play Netflix in 4K?  Look like it is but for how long ?
