Hi.
I have the box from 1/1/2018.
Remote control was working fine first couple of months, then suddenly stopped communicating with the box.
After that, it was a hit and miss. Sometimes it worked, others it didn't.
Now it is not working for the past 3 months.
Lights open in remote. I am wondering if there are any configuration files i need to replace in the box to re connect with the remote or is it a hardware issue.
