Got a Beelink M18 TV Box and I hould like to know if there is any firmware update for this underfull equipment?

Hi Beelink,
I have a Beelink M18 TV android box, that went on loop mode and I couldn't get it out of that problem.
I put it apart for some time but now it stuck on red led and don't start or passes any signal to the TV.
Is there any thing I can do, some update, flash or other solution to recovery this android box?
