HD audio (Dolby Atmos and DTS HD MA) support for GT1 mini

Hi, is there a chance that HD audio (Dolby Atmos and DTS HD MA) passthrough will be supported for the Gt1 Mini in the future? Either by way of allowing for installation of android 7.1.2 (which has HD hd audio passthrough support), or include support in the current(oreo) or future(Pie) firmware. As far as I understand, Pie should have support for Dolby atmos.

Or is the hardware (amlogic s905x2) of the Gt1 mini not capable of HD audio passthrough at all?
