Please make sure that when you brush machine,

1. Connect to the USB port next to the SD card. (See picture)
2. Make sure the USB port is fully powered, and the USB port may be underpowered.
3. Connect the box power adapter to strengthen the power supply
4. Brush using USB 3.0 cable

I've never been able to flash this TV box with a computer, I've always updated through a microsd card, although other boxes are perfectly stitched from a computer. Maybe there is some kind of restoring firmware with a microsd card?

If you need firmware, please provide the S/N code on the back of the machine and we will provide you with the appropriate firmware.
